We join the Humanitarian Aid for Haiti

After the disaster in Haiti occurred on 12 January to the earthquake, the Program Masters Marketing, Commerce and Distribution of the Autonomous University of Barcelona joins in solidarity with the humanitarian aid that they will be transformed from the University. We're in a social context of globalization and no country should be abandoned before a human problem of such magnitude.

Therefore, input from the program will be targeted to needs that arise in various areas of Haiti overwhelmed. A total of 3,000 will head for the Catalan Federation of NGOs for Development (FCONGD). Agency that manages financial aid for organizations that provide humanitarian solidarity and working in coordination with the Catalan Committee for Emergencies and other NGOs working in this state. The aim of the contributions will cover basic needs and emergency plan development assistance to the Haitian people.

Humanitarian aid solidarity are more needy than any other destination, because Haiti is positioned as the poorest country of America and one of the poorest in the world. Therefore, the emergency and contingency plan will be to rebuild the area, working mainly on our training aid for those most in need.
